The "Stamo Impeller-type Tank Mixer" can stir high-concentration (up to 10%) treated water with low power consumption (up to 5.5 kW for tank capacities of up to 8,000 m³). It comes with a stirring performance guarantee (process guarantee). The installation period for the mixer alone is completed in 1 to 2 days. The propeller is designed in 1 to 3 stages depending on the application, and it can accommodate 2 to 4 blades per stage. It is ideal for stirring high-concentration and high-viscosity materials, as well as for industrial applications that require explosion-proof specifications. It is used for breaking down organic sludge and producing biogas efficiently through methane fermentation in digesters at wastewater treatment plants, as well as in stirring processes for industrial applications such as chemical plants and pulp mills. With low-speed rotation and low power consumption, it excels in energy efficiency, and maintenance is easy since there is no need to empty the tank during installation or removal.
